Teinture à chaud - DYLON 05 - Havane Brun

Dye specially designed for synthetic fibers (nylon, lycra, elastane) and natural fibers (cotton, linen, viscose, wool, silk). Also suitable for creative projects such as feathers, raffia, plastic buttons, and wooden objects.

Use hot dye, in a washing machine or by hand.
Yield: 1 sachet dyes up to 250 g of dry fabric.

Add 30 g of salt per sachet.

Read the instructions carefully before first use. Keep out of reach of children.

Hand dyeing:

Weigh the dry fabric (1 sachet = 250 g). Wash, rinse, and leave damp.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 0.5 L of boiling water and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a container with enough hot water to cover the fabric.

Add 30 g of table salt per sachet and mix.

Completely submerge the damp fabric.

Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 20 minutes.

Rinse until the water runs clear, then let dry away from direct sunlight and any heat source.

Machine washing

Weigh the dry laundry (1 sachet = 250 g). Wash even if new, rinse, and leave damp.

Wear gloves. Pierce the sachets and pour the dye into the drum.

Add 30 g of table salt per sachet, covering the dye.

Place the damp, unfolded laundry in the drum.

Run the longest and hottest cycle possible, without pre-washing.

Remove the item and let it dry away from direct sunlight and any heat source.

Run an empty cycle to clean the machine.
