What is Arasilk painting?

ARASILK is a painting for silk. It is used in painting (and not dyeing). The colors are rich and varied and they can blend to create even more colors. The Arasilk color is fixed to the iron for 5 minutes. However, be sure to iron your silk upside down. After fixing the colors, wash your silk with lukewarm water and rinse with cold water.

How to use silk painting?

It is used very simply because it is ready for use. You can use the paint in two ways, either by applying it directly to the silk, or by applying a crimp first. The set will allow you to delimit certain areas, so that the color does not fuse in all directions. We advise you, if you are beginner to use the crimp. Once your drawing is finished, you can switch to color by taking paint directly from the arasilk pot. You can also mix your colors to create unique effects and colors! When you have finished coloring, let your silk dry and then iron it to fix the colors. You can use a classic iron making sure to put the fragile fabric or silk option. Always iron upside down. You can then rinse the silk with warm soapy water to remove the excess and fix the colors. On which media do you use it? ARASILK silk paint can be used for silk as well as for cotton, linen or wool.
